In our prices for corporate and private coaching, the first discovery session and assistance in setting-up coaching’s objectives are free of charge.

Prices for corporate coaching

The first discovery session between the coaching’s beneficiary and the coach is free of charge.
Assistance in setting-up coaching’s objectives between the beneficiary and the coach is free of charge.
The hourly rate of the coach is negotiated according to the beneficiary’s profile (manager, director, or executive).
In general, the coach’s hourly rate varies between €400 and €800/hour excluding VAT.
The 15-hour fixed price coaching package varies between €6,000 and €12,000 excluding VAT.
The 15 hours are generally distributed as follows:
- 1 tripartite meeting to kick-off the coaching (1 hour maximum).
- 1 tripartite meeting to wrap-up the coaching (1 hour maximum).
- 8 coaching sessions of 1 hour 30 minutes per session (12 hours).
- Sessions preparation, planning and organization (1 hour).

The first discovery session between the coaching’s beneficiary and the coach is free of charge.
Assistance in setting-up coaching’s objectives between the beneficiary and the coach is free of charge.
Price for a coaching session is €400 including VAT.
Fixed price coaching package of 8 sessions is €3,000 including VAT.

For face-to-face sessions, additional expenses will be charged where applicable:
- These expenses cover the return trip costs between the coach’s office and the coaching location with the beneficiary.
- These expenses cover rental costs for meeting room or shared office.
- Travel time between the coach’s office and the coaching location is not charged.

If the beneficiary does not show up for a coaching session without notifying the coach 24h beforehand, the session will be charged.
If the beneficiary shows up late for a coaching session, the session is not extended and will be executed with the remaining time.
Beyond the fixed price coaching package, if needed, a mid-term tripartite meeting or additional coaching session(s) can be added at the coach’s hourly rate.

Initial payment: 50% of the total amount is due upon signing the commercial coaching contract.
Final payment: The remaining 50% is to be paid after the last tripartite meeting that wraps-up the coaching.
Upon receipt of invoices, payments are made within 30 days by bank transfer.

A coaching’s duration is generaly 6 to 12 months.
The commercial coaching contract will automatically end either:
- At the last payment following the tripartite meeting that wraps-up the coaching.
- Or 12 months after signing the commercial coaching contract. The last payment must be made before this end date.
